Solution: Select multiple Executive Search firms with the capacity, knowledge and capabilities to present qualified candidates along a broad spectrum of the procurement life cycle: Procurement leader, Category Managers in Construction, Facilities Management, IT, Travel and Leisure, and HR. Commodity buyers in each of these categories, Strategic Sourcing Managers and Business Delivery Cost Analyst's all with experience in the CPG industry.

Results: With the TA and HR group we developed: PD's, CR/CQ's, Talent Spreadsheets, Talent Interview Procedures, Selection, Reference and On-Boarding processes using Market Shapers Best Practices and methodologies. Included in the candidate selection processes was the Business Unit, Client and Consulting Relationship leader's.
