Solution: Engage an Executive Search Firm that had the following qualifications: Information Technology knowledge and experience, Procurement and ERP knowledge and experience, Health Care industry knowledge, a proven methodology for identifying, qualifying and presenting only the most qualified candidates, with a reputation for ethical behavior as well as client brand protection.  Market Shapers was engaged to perform the search.

Results: With the TA group we developed a position description (PD). From this document we developed our CR/CQ and Talent spreadsheet both of which included the requirement that the candidates must live within 50 miles of the headquarters location. Using this information we engaged with our network of passive and active candidates.  The candidates were qualified using the following tools: phone, completed documents, our candidate selection methodology and our candidate reference network. We presented five (5) qualified candidates to the client within 10 days and the client made an acceptable offer to one of the five (5) candidates within three weeks. We then worked with the HR group to develop an on-boarding process for the selected candidate.
