Market Shapers partners with clients to understand their exact requirements and the Return on Resource Investment they seek for recruitment, talent management and outplacement. Instrumental in the process is Market Shapers working very closely with the client’s Human Resource and Talent Acquisition team. We will understand the teams performance matrix and will align with them. This is to ensure that Market Shapers is in sync with the needs of the client including their unique corporate culture and values. This is completed before developing and executing a marketing program that will locate both passive and active candidates. In pursuit of candidates we use our network, our database and offshore resources.
A specific marketing program is developed for each search after consulting with our client. Incorporated into the marketing plan is our proven proprietary analytical approach. Our methodology includes:

We can, therefore, commit to providing three to five qualified candidates to our client within 30 days of agreement execution.
Market Shapers works with clients in the development of a position description, required candidate qualifications, compensation and benefits structures. We further support our clients by offering an array of services that increases the likelihood of the selected candidate accepting the position.
On each engagement we partner to create the documentation listed below. We ask that our clients participate in the development of this material. Market Shapers has found that often the best candidates are passive and, therefore, require a greater amount of knowledge regarding the company and the position. At the end of the day it is our responsibility to present the most qualified candidates. Those presented must be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our client’s company, the position, and their career advancement opportunities.
